The Role
You make brands win on social organically, showing up so naturally in each platform’s environment that the work feels native to the feed, never like an ad that wandered in.
This is an organic social and community role, not a paid social buying role. You own how our agency and our clients show up, sound, and build community across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and Google Business Profile. You understand each platform deeply enough to capture its native vibe, and you can carry multiple brand voices into those environments seamlessly. Your job is to make organic work, to turn attention into salience, and to do it all with a careful, brand-safe hand.
What You Will Own
Platform-native content across four very different environments.
You create and manage organic content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and Google Business Profile, and you treat each as its own world with its own rules, formats, and tone. You do not recycle one post across all four. You speak each platform’s language natively.
Turning “boring” into salient.
You can take a dry company update, a piece of B2B news, or an unglamorous content idea and turn it into a post that earns attention, builds brand salience, and quietly answers middle-funnel questions, all without reading like an ad. This is the hardest and most valuable thing you will do here, and we are hiring specifically for it.
Community management.
You manage community across our accounts and our clients’: replying, engaging, sparking conversation, and building genuine audience relationships. You know that comments and DMs are where organic reach and brand affinity are actually won.
Organic strategy and brand positioning.
You know how to position a brand to win organically, and how to pair organic tactics with creative content forms so the two amplify each other. You bring a real point of view on what will and will not work on each channel.
Careful, brand-safe execution.
You treat every public post as a reflection of the brand and the agency. You are meticulous about detail, tone, timing, and reception, and you think two steps ahead about how a post could land before it goes live.
The Platforms, As We See Them
Deep platform fluency means understanding what each environment actually rewards. If these feel obvious to you, that is a good sign:
- LinkedIn: credibility and thought leadership, native text and document posts, and reach that is earned in the comments, not bought with polish.
- TikTok: entertainment first, trend and sound literacy, authentic creator energy, and a willingness to iterate fast and not over-produce.
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook): visual storytelling, Reels-forward reach, and community built through consistency and format range.
- Google Business Profile: the front door for local discovery and reputation, where posts, reviews, and completeness quietly drive real-world traffic.
Native First, Never An Ad
The whole game here is making brand content feel native. Most social content from agencies fails the moment it reads as an ad, because the feed punishes anything that feels like it is selling. We need someone whose instinct is to earn attention on the platform’s own terms first, and to fold the brand in so naturally that the audience never feels sold to. If your work looks like a brand trying to be cool, it is not what we need. If your work looks like it simply belongs in the feed, it is.
Put plainly: your social game needs to be strong. We will be able to tell from your work whether it is.
How We Work
We are big on collaboration and communication. You will work closely with our content, strategy, and account teams, move fluidly between our own brand and several client brands, and keep everyone informed about what is live, what is planned, and what is being said back to us. Because you are managing public-facing accounts, we hold this seat to a high standard of care: detail, discretion, and sound judgment about brand reception are non-negotiable.
Who You Are
- Platform-native. You genuinely understand LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and Google Business Profile, and you can capture each one’s native voice without a second thought.
- A brand chameleon. You can carry multiple brand voices at once and integrate each seamlessly into its environment.
- An organic specialist. You know how to make brands win organically and how to pair that with creative content forms.
- A community builder. You understand community management as a craft, not a chore.
- Detail-obsessed and brand-cautious. You are meticulous, and you are careful about how everything you publish will be received.
- A translator of the dull. You can turn boring news into content people actually want to engage with.
Experience We Are Looking For
- A track record of running organic social and community for brands, ideally including B2B, and ideally inside or alongside an agency.
- Demonstrable fluency across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta, plus working knowledge of Google Business Profile and local discovery.
- A portfolio or set of accounts you can point to where your organic work measurably grew audience, engagement, or brand salience.
- Strong writing and a sharp editorial eye for what belongs in a feed and what does not.
- Nice to have: light content capture and editing, social listening and analytics fluency, and experience managing multiple brands at once.
