The Role
You take a key visual and make it work everywhere it needs to live, fast, on brand, and at a quality that never looks rushed.
Our content production teams create a lot of work across a lot of clients, and they need a design partner who can keep pace without dropping quality. This is a production design role: you adapt and extend visual work into every format it needs to take, fill the creative gaps that come up mid-sprint, and bring a real sense of art direction to everything you touch. It is execution-focused and craft-obsessed. You are the person who makes the work land, cleanly, across every placement, on deadline.
What You Will Do
Adapt and resize key visuals for every placement.
You take a single key visual and build it out across the formats it needs to live in: web, social (every platform and spec), and PDF downloads. You reframe, resize, and re-lay-out without ever letting a version look like an afterthought. Composition holds at every size.
Fill the creative gaps.
When a team is missing a graphic, an icon, a diagram, or a mockup, you create it. You are comfortable originating clean, on-brand assets to complete a piece, not just adapting what already exists.
Source and art-direct stock media.
You have the eye to select stock imagery, video, and elements that elevate a piece rather than cheapen it, and you know how to make sourced media feel intentional and brand-right.
Produce clean, final, ready-to-ship files.
Your files are organized, correctly specced, and export-ready for web, social, and print/PDF. The next person in the chain never has to fix your handoff.
Fast, And Excellent. Both, within reason.
The core of this role is a tension most designers can only hold one side of: speed and craft at the same time. We need work turned around quickly, and we need it to be genuinely excellent, not one at the expense of the other. That takes someone who is fluent enough in their tools and confident enough in their eye that quality does not slow them down.
If you need days to make a single asset perfect, or if working fast means your quality drops, this is not the right seat. If you are the designer who makes clean, sharp, on-brand work look easy under a deadline, we want to talk.
How We Work
We are big on collaboration and communication, and this role lives or dies on both. You will work closely with content, strategy, and account teams, take direction well, ask the right questions early, and flag issues before they become fire drills. The best production designers we have worked with are proactive communicators, not just quiet executors.
On volume: we have several content sprints to work through in the near term, and then our production cycle settles into recurring monthly sprints. We are looking for someone who can go hard during the busy stretch and stay a steady, reliable partner through the ongoing monthly cadence.
Who You Are
- Agency-fluent. You have worked for or with agencies and in the ad industry, so you already speak the language of briefs, revisions, brand systems, and fast turnarounds. This closes a lot of communication gaps on day one.
- Fast and precise. You produce high-quality work quickly, and your speed never shows up as sloppiness.
- Art-directed, not just technical. You have taste. You make choices about composition, type, color, and imagery that make a piece better, not just complete.
- A strong communicator. You collaborate openly, take feedback well, and keep the people around you informed.
- Multi-client flexible. You can move between different brand systems and voices in a single day without losing the thread of any of them.
- Reliable under pressure. When a sprint gets loud, you stay organized and the work still ships on time.
Experience We Are Looking For
- Senior-level production or graphic design experience, ideally built inside or alongside agencies and the advertising industry.
- A portfolio that shows range across web, social, and PDF/print, and shows a single concept executed well across multiple formats and placements.
- Command of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at minimum) and comfort with Figma.
- A working knowledge of platform and channel specs, export settings, and file prep for both digital and PDF/print.
- Nice to have: motion or basic video editing, template/system building, and experience producing at volume across multiple concurrent clients.
